Philippe was prompt in responding to my initial enquiry and arranged a diagnostic visit. He was thorough in identifying the problem and ordered a new burner. He then arranged a second visit to fit the new part and test all was working properly and safely. He was also friendly & efficient - I can highly recommend Philippe.
